Hello Everyone!

Hot, hot hot!  Yes it is!  Try not to fight it mentally 🙂  The more you stress about it; get yourself worked up about it, the worse it will be.  Move more slowly when needed and stay hydrated.  All classes are on this week.  If it’s too hot, like most of last week, we will be inside.  Just a heads-up reminder, next week classes will run Monday-Wednesday and then we will be on our 2 week summer break.  Classes will be available On-Demand during that time.  You can set it up with me beforehand or when the moment strikes :).
