Just a reminder, this week, our Level 3 Yoga class that is usually at 5:00 will be at 12:00.
Our Core, Strengthen & Stretch class on Thursday at 4:30 will be held at 12:00
Thank you so much for accommodating my schedule for the opening of the musical, “The Great American Trailer Park” with Tryon Little Theatre. Hope to see you there!
This is the last week of this Series, the next 6 week Series will begin on 9/21/2024 – 11/1/2024. The schedule should be as is. The only possible exception will be the class that falls on Halloween. I will keep you posted.
