Welcome, welcome, the month of June! School is out; strawberries, peaches, and tomatoes grace the outdoor farm stands. Vacations are being made or have begun already. If you haven’t started a Yoga practice, now is the time. In our sun breaths and sun salutations our Yoga asanas (poses) have us raising our arms to the sun, gathering this vital energy, and then bowing down in gratitude giving thanks for all we have. Yoga makes us strong in body, mind, and spirit. If you feel you don’t have the energy to practice, you will find by practicing, you have more energy. If you think you don’t have the strength or flexibility to practice Yoga, you will find by practicing, you have more strength and flexibility. When we put in just a little time to practice Yoga, Yoga finds a way to not only give us that time back, but to miraculously give us even more time then what we started with. This is because Yoga teaches us mindfulness and helps us get out of our own way; helps us break the mental loops that we have going on inside our brain which robs us of our time and energy.
We have 3 more weeks in our “In-Person” Yoga Series before a one-week break. (On-demand classes will be available to purchase during the break). If you aren’t currently signed up for the Series, you can still attend on a
