Hello Everyone!

Summertime; summertime!  Keep your breathing relaxed and your mind cool and open to be at ease with the heat.  Lots of water of course; adding some Braggs apple cider vinegar (tablespoon) to your water with some honey is perfect for this time of year.  It will give you energy, help balance out your acid/alkaline, and control your appetite.

For this Series, we have a 7-week On-Demand Series (6/24 – 8/9) and a shorter In-Person Series (7/1 – 7/24).  The shorter In-Person Series will be followed by our annual 2 week Summer Break.  After that, all Series will be back on the same schedule.   Keep in mind, that you can order an On-Demand class anytime; you don’t have to sign up for the whole On-Demand Series.   This is especially helpful when we have the shorter In-Person Series or if you just want to check out some of the other classes in your own space and on your own time.

Beautiful hot summer days and evenings in our quiet town.  Peaceful energy filling our souls as we practice Yoga. The Yoga deck is now fully surrounded by trees bursting with green leaves and the air is saturated with music of the happy birds.  Classes alternate between our inside studio and outside on the Yoga deck depending upon the weather.
