Hello Everyone!
Wow! It seems as if the leaves here in our beautiful town turned colors in a day! It truly looks like fall now. Sweater weather & everything apples! Well, that’s the mornings and the evenings. The afternoons? Who knows? 🙂 Just a reminder, we extended this Series until November 8th due to the hurricane, so we still have 2 more weeks left. If you have not signed up for the Series, you don’t have to wait as there are spaces to drop in. Just let me know beforehand and I will save you a spot! I will send out information re: the upcoming Series this weekend. It always blows my mind during this time of year as the next Series will incorporate Thanksgiving through New Years. Crazy! This Thursday is Halloween, so the “Core, Strengthen & Stretch” class will be at 12:00 instead of 4:30. Let me know if you would like to attend.
