Hello Everyone!

I start this blog out with a long exhale…  Western North Carolina is traumatized and exhausted, but people have lifted themselves up and have helped their neighbor; beauty coming out of tragedy.  It warms my heart.  Sending healing energy out to all of you and hoping you are well.  Last Friday we had an in-person class out on the deck for those who were able to attend.  We were all grateful to be able to do something that was in our normal routine that helped ground and connect us. 

I have written last week off of our Series and we will start up again this week.  This will be the start of the second week of our 6 week Series.  The on-demand classes from the week before last will remain up for this entire week.  All classes will be available this week.  If you would like to drop into one, just text (917-214-9766) or email me (lcorda67@gmail.com) and I will hold a spot for you.  

* I have a few students interested in the Level 1, 1 1/2 Yoga class this week, Wednesday at 10:00.  This class was taken off the schedule for this Series, as I didn’t have enough students to keep the class, but we can do one this week if I have enough interest.  Just let me know.
