Hello Everyone!

Wishing everyone peace & joy as we ebb and flow from summer heat to the coolness of fall.  No matter how up and down your days may be, let your steady breath and mindfulness be at the heart of each for the breath is our teacher  If it is labored, we are unbalanced.  If it is steady, we are present and will be able to react and handle what is at hand.   The Yoga deck is now fully surrounded by trees bursting with green leaves .  Several levels of Yoga classes are available, including a hybrid Yoga and Core class on Thursdays:  “Core, Strengthen & Stretch”.   Classes alternate between our inside studio and outside on the Yoga deck depending upon the weather.  Covid restrictions (requirements for vaccinations) have been lifted.  If you have not signed up for the Series, there are still spots to “drop in”; don’t feel like you have to wait until the next Series to begin as the teachings are all ongoing.  If you have attended one of my classes and have not filled out the review, please do so.  I would greatly appreciate it.  Link in blue below.
